RE: CONFIRMATION OF LAUNCH DATE FOR VOLUNTEER TESTING
I am pleased to announce that, following an extensive security audit of all departments within the Dharma Initiative, I am totally satisfied that DharmaWantsYou.com is now secure. As a result I am able to confirm a date for the commencement of our latest volunteer testing program.
Visit www.dharmawantsyou.com to confirm the launch date.
I have heard from many of you in recent weeks via email asking what will be assessed in the program and what the nature of our latest research is. I have found your enthusiasm and relentless curiosity extremely endearing. However, in the interests of maintaining the integrity of the testing process, I cannot be forthcoming on these enquiries.
Despite this, I would like to affirm to you all that I am extremely optimistic about these upcoming evaluations and believe that they will yield recruits of the highest caliber.
Good luck to all applicants.
Together we can guide the world to a better tomorrow.
Namaste,
Hans Van Eeghen
Head of Recruiting
The Dharma Initiative
Here is the most recent interview from LOST star (and hottie) Rebecca Mader about playing Charlotte. She discusses her potential romance with Daniel and what she thinks about fan theories.
She mentions a very minor potential spoiler about where she thinks Charlotte was born. Read the rest of this entry »
Tags: cast, Charlotte, interview, Rebecca Mader, Season 4Executive producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof provided a glimpse into Season 5 at the standing room only event attended by over 6500 faithful Lost fans, many of whom had spent the night in line waiting for this moment.
At the panel, the producers indicated that with Lost now over four years old, financial backing was important and they were pleased to have received sponsorship going forward from the Dharma Initiative.
Hans Van Egan, Dharma’s head of recruiting was introduced to provide a highlight of the recruiting efforts. Mr. Egan indicated that Dharma was looking for top quality men and women and had undergone an extensive campaign of testing via ASRs (Aptitude Suitability and Readiness test). He indicated that to the crowd that the results of the recruitment effort were – Abysmal!
However they did find five individuals up to the standards of Dharma. These were introduced to the crowd and then taken back to the main floor to the Dharma booth for additional instruction.
Damon and Carlton then opened up the panel to questions form the audience. A summary of the Q&A follows but beware, these do contain a limited amount of spoiler information:
Just about at that time, one of the successful Dharma recruits, Dan Bronson, burst onto stage interrupting the discussion. He was visibly upset saying that after 4 seasons the crowd deserved “some freaking answers”. He held a video recorded up and demanded to have its content shown to the audience. After a brief commotion, the lights dimmed and his video of his recent time in the Dharma both was shown:
Following the unnerving details, which only led to even more questions for the stunned audience, Hans Van Egan rushed on stage yelling that the executive producers had made a mockery of his organization. Egan left in a flurry saying that he was pulling Dharma’s sponsorship of the Lost television series.
And with that, the panel discussion ended! You can watch the video of the entire panel recorded by another fan here.
From San Diego at Comic-Con International, namaste to as sl-LOST members and readers.

Malcolm David Kelly: Oh yeah, oh yeah. The cast, every time I go out there, we go out and eat. Or every time I’m back in LA when we have a break like this, we’re all hanging out.
