Spike TV’s annual Scream awards — honoring the best in sci-fi, fantasy, comics and horror — has scored a major geek pop coup: Scream 2010 (airing Oct. 19 at 9 p.m.) will include a “Farewell Tribute To Lost” that will bring together many members of the cast for the first time since they filmed the May finale. Jorge Garcia (Hurley), Henry Ian Cusick (Desmond), and Harold Perrineau (Michael), as well as exec producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof, are confirmed to appear, and additional cast members are expected to be announced soon.

This Saturday Harold Perrineau (Michael Dawson on Lost) will be performing at CityWalk’s free “Plugged In” summer concert series, which features a lineup of live music by L.A.’s hottest bands every weekend throughout the summer, from July 9-Aug 29.

Harold Perrineau will be joined by other “LOST” cast members and hundreds of enthusiastic fans.

“Plugged In” features an “Always Unexpected” mix of non-stop live entertainment, popular celebrity bands, battle of the bands showcases and energetic Latin music nights, every weekend through August 29.

Harold’s performance is part of “Plugged In” Celebrity Band Saturday’s which touts the musical talents of celebrities best known for their roles in film and television.

Check it out this Saturday, July 24 at 8:45pm at Universal CityWalk – 1000 Universal City Plaza, Universal City, CA 91608.

Rumors are swirling that just about every past Lost cast member may be journeying back to the island – where death apparently isn’t always the end – as the series heads into its final season. But Harold Perrineau’s not packing his bags for Hawaii just yet.

“I can only deny,” original cast member Perrineau told TV Guide Magazine about a possible return engagement as the seemingly deceased Michael Dawson – though a resurrection may be just a phone call away.

“Nobody’s said anything to me and I haven’t asked,” said Perrineau. “One of the great things I always thought about Lost is I back up and I let them do the thing that they’re really great at doing. They’re really great and creating drama and creating their show. And this way I don’t have to ask ‘Hey, what’s this? What’s that?’ I don’t ask any questions, I just show up and I let them do what they do. They’re good at it.”

That said, if the producers ring him up, Perrineau’s on the first flight to Oahu. “Of course I would show up! Are you kidding me? That’s my people!” He said he wasn’t sure if Michael could return organically back into the mythology, however. “Only if there’s some way that they’re getting back to all of those original characters that we started the journey with, and if that’s so then that makes sense to me. I don’t know other than that how it makes sense.”

“But then nothing makes sense on the show, so why am I even saying this?” he laughed.

Whatever happens, Perrineau is just as eager as any longtime viewer to find out the answers to the many mysteries Lost has posed over the years. “I still have questions – a ton of questions,” he explained. “I’m curious about how all that’s going to wrap up. There are just tons of things from when we first started that I’m still curious about.”

Former “Lost” castaway Harold Perrineau is coming aboard to executive produce and star in the indie drama “Case 219.”

The film is based on the novel “Shooter” by award-winning children’s book author Walter Dean Myers, and centers on the aftermath of a high school shooting from the perspective of three misfit teens.

Perrineau recently wrapped up starring in and executive producing the indie film “The Killing Jar” with Michael Madsen, and next appears in the upcoming ABC drama “The Unusuals.”

Harold Perrineau is being held hostage for his next big-screen role.

The former “Lost” star has joined the cast of the indie thriller “Killing Jar,” with Michael Madsen and Danny Trejo.

Perrineau also is executive producing the Morningstar Films project, with the indie company’s John Sachar producing. Filming started during the weekend in North Carolina.

Mark Young (“Tooth and Nail”) is directing a script he penned about a stranger armed with a shotgun who takes seven patrons hostage at a remote roadside diner. As the body count rises, the survivors discover that one of the hostages might be more dangerous than their captor.

Perrineau, who is repped by APA, plays one of the hostages, a traveling salesman named John.

The actor recently appeared in the one-hour ABC drama “The Unusuals,” which was picked up by the network for midseason. His film credits include “The Matrix,” “28 Weeks Later” and “Romeo + Juliet.”
