Cast and Crew of Lost, Season 6, Soundtrack, Videos View CommentsWow. Just, wow.
LOST composer Michael Giacchino was invited again this year to Ubeda’s Film Music Festival (click here to watch last year’s performance). This time, the orchestra and chorus conducted by Giachinno performed the score for The End‘s opening and closing scenes.
You can watch another video of the same performance after the jump.

Wow, indeed. This is the stuff of goosebumps. Must watch the final again. Music has played such a major part in Lost – not just the fabulous Giacchino score, but also all those quirky old songs played in the early seasons. Lost seems to have embraced so many different aspects of pop culture (in the broadest sense).

Wow, truly amazing. Whether or not they liked how it ended, I'm sure that every Lost fan will always be in awe of Michael's brilliant perfection. He's so cool! The one thing I didn't like was the choir — I felt that it masked the sound of the instruments and took away from the song. Oh, well, still beautiful!

I love how he weaved in the Lost “death theme” and transformed its sad tone to a more peaceful one.
