It was good to see so much Sawyer (after 2 whole off island episodes)! I'm kind of half skater/suliet but I don't really mind as long as Sawyer's happy. I loved it because it was about the characters for a change and it was good to see them actually hold a conversation with each other, rather than running around with guns constantly. My favourite scene was when Sawyer confronted Richard about the whole "Jughead" thing cause I love it when characters share info like that - they're my favourite kind of scenes. I love how Sawyer's character has developed over the past seasons and I think he's come a really long way. The acting was great from both Josh and Elizabeth, so were the other actors/actresses too. Okay people, the baby? who is the baby? Anyone important or just to show us Juliette isn't the grim baby reaper? And I have to say, dating back to Season 4 I have been rooting hard for Juliet and Sawyer to fall for one another; I think they compliment one another PERFECTLY and better than Kate and Sawyer. This is LOST at it's best, a great mix of character work and sci fi genre background (and btw, I do love scifi and everything LOST offers in that realm). This episode was one of the best of the season and in my top 10 of all time. You also have to understand that week-to-week you may be more satisfied than others but wait to get the DVD's. That has always been the massive pleasure of LOST. It is the ONLY show that is absolutely TREMENDOUS to watch episode after episode on DVD because it is so massively thematic and cinematic. It's cinema-like quality in how the story is told is unprecedented and will never be matched. You’re out of your mind if you think this episode was bad. I'm sorry, I absolutely love this show, but I thought (minus the statue....clearly that was sick) that last nights episode totally sucked. We learned NOTHING. Jeff Jensen also said this: "Kudos to Josh Holloway and Elizabeth Mitchell for selling us on the best romance Lost has ever given us. " Are you kidding me Jeff? Would somebody fire this guy? Juliette/Sawyer is the most forced relationship ever. Um, have we already forgotten about Desmond and Penny in the Constant? Last night seriously doesn't even hold a candle to that episode.
