0:02-0:03 Backwards voices audio between the title card and Ben spinning the wagon wheel – It didn’t take long for the sl-lost folks to be all over this. With the audio is reversed (and looped) Locke is saying “WHEN am I?” This going right with all the time shifting themes from the “The Constant” and onwards. I also think its funny that the creators knew simply running voices backwards would be too obvious for Lost junkies so they chopped it up so one would haveto loop it to get the full effect. You should also note the little star things on the map like on the floor with the pendulum at 0:15. There are some frames in there around 0:58 that are a tight shot of chalkboard writing. Way hard to make anything out though.
