Juliet or Richard.I like their stillness and calmness. But I don’t think any of them want to be “leaders”, especially Richard.
I personally think it’s about time a woman lead the things on Lost. Juliet has all the abilities to become their reference. She’s responsible, her knowledge as an Other might be helpful, she proved more than once that she´s selfless, she cares about all of them as much as she cares for herself. She’s brainy, smart, intelligent. And she is wise. She thinks much before doing something. She keeps her cool in chaotic situations. If she has to do something cruel, it is only for the best of the reasons. And she can be cold, very cold and badass, like true leaders need to be when it’s necessary.

Definitely Juliet. Do we not remember the last time Sawyer was leader of the Losties? Eko was killed and they buried NIki and Paulo alive. Locke doesn’t care enough about people to be a leader: the island trumps the people for him everytime. Juliet waited to get all the Losties to “safety” before she got on the rescue raft. She has shown the most caring for others AND she knows what is really going on on-island. Julz for Prez!

Locke cares about the people, clearly he does–he has helped them all out in someway, shape, or form. I believe their will be three leaders this time: Juliet, Locke, and Sawyer.

Could you imagine how diferent things would be with Daniel as leader?
I have also heard theories that (with Dan in the top secret Dharma video) Daniel got shot back in time to ‘78 or something. It would explain Calvin or Radzinsky coming out of The Swan in radiation suits.
I dunno. Just theories.
