I really hope that Darlton work together on a show again someday. It's been fun to have showrunners so involved with the community and so in touch with the fans. It seems like that kind of interaction is pretty rare these days, not to mention the fact that serialized television is a dying breed.
Hopefully someone out there is inspired by what Lost accomplished and sets out to make another groundbreaking show that television so desperately needs.

I'm really interested to hear them comment on the finale now, after it's been out and the reaction has been all over the board. I'd like to hear their responses to some of the criticisms leveled at the show and would be interested how they'd respond, whether that be “well, we knew not everyone would like it” or “we made it so clear what happened that it's mindboggling people don't get it.” Many of the attacks have been at them personally, and part of me would like to hear them truly sound off about them, though I'm sure it'd just be a pc answer. Whatever their response is would be pretty interesting.

The term “showrunner” makes us think of a restaurant position. Also, at the Times Talks simulcast event that Damon and Carlton did in movie theaters recently, Carlton said we'd see Walt in the finale and we didn't.
