Most of the people who regard episode titles as spoilers are ok with knowing the next upcoming episode. They just want to avoid possible hints of what's going to happen in previous episodes, which could happen if you know the title of a further away episode.

I never understood how anybody could consider an episode title to be a spoiler. For me its essential to know the title of the episode before I watch it so I can wonder about what it means and then it's fun to find out during the episode.

Oh yeah, I think your right. When the contrast is taken off a little bit you can see the “Jack/L” but its seems quite blurry after that.

SPOILER(I suppose they are) -Titles
The titles are already posted online and on the scheduling.
I believe after “The Last Recruit” its
“The Candidate”, “Across the Sea”, “What they Died for”, and “The End”
But the spoiler or mystery here is that we can’t really see who’s centric episodes are those because the sunshine is covering the board.
But under “The Candidate” title it seems like it says Jacques. Most likely another name for JACK.
Hmm…who knows.
