   Question: I thought about this when they aired this episode, but I don't understand, if Ben was shot and taken in by the others when he was younger, how did Ben manage to get back to dharmaville when he is older and kill them all? The show never really explained little Ben being returned and the next we saw ben (Time wise) after being taken into the temple, was when he was with ethan as an other.

   Did they explain this and I just missed it? or is this going to be explained later on?

   Are you sure this is a deleted scene? I've seen it before… maybe on hulu.com?

   Superk15, I think Ben's return to Dharmaville will be fully explained in s6.

   yeah this is def a deleted scene… i like this ep a lot and i would remember sawyer being taking down a few pegs…and that didnt happen at all in the original ep. i like the scene but im glad it got cut.

   and i guess the ben thing will be explained later…we never got to the point when they gave 12 year old ben back because at that time faraday came into there camp and they had bigger problems(Jughead) so who knows what happened to little ben?!?!

   Well we did see Ben delivering Beer with his Dad to the swan station right before the hostiles killed everyone, so we know that they must of returned him or something because he acted like he was part of the dharma initiative his whole life

   In the scene in 5X12 where Ben first meets Charles Charles explain that Ben will be one of them, but still living amongst the D.I. I don't know the exact words but they basically had a whole undercover thing going on for a few years.
