After last week's episode they also showed Ben unsheathing what appeared to be a very old sword or dagger, but neither he nor Locke figured in this clip, so......I just know those two crazy half-brothers are gonna get into some mischief!

Jack could be refering 2 very important people with his "I had her, but I lost her" quote.
Mostly likely is Kate, they dated, got engaged and shite hit the fan.
Or possibly Claire...They were a group..Claire took sides with Locke's, Jack promised to get her and Aaron off that island and now Claire is lost.

But Pierre Chang says that the reason that they have to push the button is because of the incident. So I don't know how that would connect to Smokey.

2 things from the promo, why is Jack all bloody when he's walking up to Sawyer, and why is Richard knocking down a wall and where is that wall going to? OK 3 things....
